2000-2006 GMC Yukon Sub Box Downfire Sealed

The 2000-06 GMC Yukon, with its third-row seat, has surprisingly little room for subs for an SUV. This design is for those who want the bass while keeping the third-row seating. This design is also made to take up the maximum space possible so it is pretty much intended to be customized by your needs unless you really want the maximum BASS possible and this box can hold three 12” subs or up to four 8” or 10” subs. It has a maximum airspace of 4.0cuft with 10” of mounting depth. If you want to keep some sort of storage then the best compromise is to keep it tall and narrow. This is a sealed subwoofer box. A sealed subwoofer box has a tight and punchy bass that is more articulate and truer to the music with a more natural sound. For customers who want louder deeper bass with the lower bass more pronounced, a ported box is what you want. Because of the ported design, the bass will not be as tight and punchy, but there is double the bass of a sealed box with the same subs. If big bass is what you want then our ported box will be what you want.

This box is made of 3/4″ MDF and is fully carpeted in matching carpet. The nickel-plated spring-loaded speaker terminals are mounted on the back of the box and the speaker wires are soldered on for a solid and reliable connection.
