2004-2008 Ford F150 SuperCrew Sub Box Dual Sealed
This is a Ford F150 SuperCrew Sub Box. The 2004-2008 Ford F150 and Extended Cab and Supercrew trucks brought new issues on limitations for stereo systems with the split rear seat and the floor jack underneath one part of that seat on top of the limited space to begin with. This box design is for those that want the most bass from a little space. With 1.1cuft of airspace, it is perfect for two 10” shallow or traditional subs. By adding either my steel bump plates or a combination of wood and steel bump, the mounting depth isn’t as much of an issue. Please let me know what subs you have if depth is a concern for you. For this box, the jack and tire tools under the passenger seat will have to be removed.
This box is made out of 3/4″ MDF and is fully carpeted in matching carpet. The nickle plated spring loaded speaker terminals are mounted on the back of the box and the speaker wires are soldered on for a solid and reliable connection.
This is a sealed subwoofer box. A sealed subwoofer box has a tight and punchy bass that is more articulate and more true to the music with a more natural sound. For customers who want louder deeper bass with the lower bass more pronounced. Because of the ported design, the bass will not be as tight and punchy, but there is double the bass of a sealed box with the same subs. If big bass is what you want then our ported box will be what you want.
