2005-2014 Ford Mustang Sub Box Rear Fire

This Ford Mustang Sub Box is for the 2005-2014 Ford Mustangs. Mustangs have always been popular vehicles but the trunks have always made it difficult to put too elaborate of a sub box because of a small trunk opening and the late model 2005-2014 Mustangs are no different. Not only is the trunk opening small, the trunk floor is not level so a regular box will not sit flat on the floor without coming all the way next to the trunk opening. With my rear fire design you can fit one or two 10s or 12s in your trunk with 10″ of mounting depth. The bottom of the box is fitted to the floor of your trunk so the box slides all the way back towards the back of the rear seat leaving room to mount amps. The box is 2cuft and is plenty for some serious bass without loosing a ton of space.

This box is made out of 3/4″ MDF and is fully carpeted in matching trunk carpet. The nickle plated spring loaded speaker terminals are mounted on the back of the box and the speaker wires are soldered on for a solid and reliable connection.

This is a sealed subwoofer box. A sealed subwoofer box has a tight and punchy bass that is more articulate and more true to the music with a more natural sound. For customers who want louder deeper bass with the lower bass more pronounced. Because of the ported design, the bass will not be as tight and punchy, but there is double the bass of a sealed box with the same subs. If big bass is what you want then our ported box will be what you want.
