2011-2020 Dodge Durango 3rd Row Down Fire Sub Box Ported
The 2011-2020 Dodge Durango has a surprising amount of cargo room for an SUV with 3 rows of seating. Most other SUV are limited behind the seats for putting anything stereo wise back there, but not the Durango. This box design is to get every bit of usable space from behind that third row for those of you who want some serious bass. It is a rear fire design that is a whopping 4.83cuft of airspace with over 12” of mounting depth. Pretty much anything is possible back here. Four 8s, three 10s or 12s will fit the sealed version. Four 8s, three 10s or two 12s will fit the ported version. You name it, it can probably go here. Let me know what you are thinking of doing and I can make it work for you.
This is our ported design. This design is for maximum airspace and the airspace of the box can be reduced if desired. Our ported boxes are designed according to your subwoofer’s specifications. No two boxes will really be alike. At checkout, there is a Comment box, please give us the model number of your subs and we will build the box as needed. This box is made of 3/4″ MDF and is fully carpeted in matching carpet. The nickel-plated spring-loaded speaker terminals are mounted on the back of the box and the speaker wires are soldered on for a solid and reliable connection.
