2014-18 Chevy Silverado Crew Cab Single Sealed
The brand new 2014 Chevy Silverado Crew Cab is an awesome looking truck and needs an equally awesome sounding stereo, and the new NET Audio 2014 Chevy Silverado Crew Cab Sub Box can take care of that. The 2014 Silverados have a much flatter floor under the back seat which will make fitting a box in this truck a bit easier than some of the past years. Unfortunately, there isn’t a whole lot of space under that back seat. With 0.9cuft of airspace total there is enough room to do a shallow 10 or maybe a shallow 12″ sub in this box. Mounting depth is pretty limited at 3 7/8″ for 10s and 3 5/8″ for 12s and that is based off of a 6″ magnet, so it is pretty much limited to shallow mount subs. The bump options are going to be the best bet to get a decent mounting depth in this box, but because of airspace, I would do either one 10 12.
This is a sealed subwoofer box. A sealed subwoofer box has a tight and punchy bass that is more articulate and more true to the music with a more natural sound. For customers who want louder deeper bass with the lower bass more pronounced, a ported box is what you want. Because of the ported design, the bass will not be as tight and punchy, but there is double the bass of a sealed box with the same subs. If big bass is what you want then our ported box will be what you want.
This box is made out of 3/4″ MDF and is fully carpeted in matching carpet. The nickle plated spring loaded speaker terminals are mounted on the back of the box and the speaker wires are soldered on for a solid and reliable connection.
