Returns

All orders received by NET Audio are considered a commitment from the buyer.   NET Audio reserves the right to accept or deny any order at any time for any reason.   If you need to cancel an order, please do so promptly by phone or e-mail.   No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. Returns will be accepted within the first 14 days upon receipt of the product in the form of exchange or merchandise credit. Please inspect all merchandise upon receiving it to insure fit and quality.  Shipping charges are not refundable.

NET Audio reserves the right to not authorize return if product is not defective.  Any defective product will be replaced with a non-defective product.  Customized orders are not returnable and are non-refundable once the order has started to be built.  (If you think your order may be custom, call us to check) Once an item is shipped from our location, it cannot be cancelled.  All items must be shipped freight prepaid.  All returns of non-defective products will be subject to a restocking fee of 15%.  All orders cancelled after 24 hours of placing the order are subject to a 15% cancellation fee.

Merchandise must be in “as new” condition.  This includes no screw holes in boxes from mounting subwoofer.  All items must be returned complete and with all original parts/documentation.  Any missing parts or damaged packaging will be deducted from amount credited.  Items returned with missing accessories are subject to a charge for the replacement of these missing items.

Do not tape or write anything on the item or original packaging, so Item can be restocked.  Items returned physically or cosmetically abused will not be accepted for credit.  We highly recommend insuring all return shipments as we can’t refund for damaged goods even if it happened during shipping.  Any refused shipments sent back to NET Audio does not constitute the right to a refund or credit.  It is the customer’s responsibility to make all arrangements with NET Audio for refused shipments.  It is company policy to charge the customer all freight charges associated with the shipment and a 30% restocking fee on all products returned without authorization.
